My career started in London working with Reiss, Charlotte Tilbury, and Dyson — where I learned what brand really means, and what it takes to earn the trust of the world's most recognizable names. From there I moved back to Toronto, went deep into DTC and SaaS, and spent years running growth for 200+ brands across fashion, beauty, food, home, and tech — an exposure that fast-tracked my expertise across every kind of marketing challenge, finding the strategies that actually convert, all while building high-performing teams focused on one thing: revenue outcomes.
Most recently I was Director of Growth Marketing at a high-growth SaaS company — owning $7M+ in marketing spend, scaling the PLG motion from ground up alongside the key leaders in the business, and driving $34M in attributable revenue. But it wasn't just PLG. I mobilized the Enterprise side too — partnering with Sales on demand generation, driving GTM excellence through integrated Product Marketing strategies, and refining the sales pipeline in ways that improved MQL-to-SQO by 56% and brought in brands like Google, Lowe's, and Clorox. I didn't report into the strategy. I built it.
What makes me different isn't just the range — it's the perspective that comes with it. I've sat on both sides of the table: brand and performance, story and data, PLG and Enterprise. I genuinely believe traditional marketing no longer cuts it. The leaders who win today have gained real exposure across industries, organization types, and business models — because that breadth is what gives you a competitive edge in understanding your ICP and building strategies that actually work.
I lead with authenticity and self-awareness. I build cultures where high performance and genuine support aren't opposites, and I raise the bar in a way that brings people with me rather than leaving them behind.
I operate with a business-first mindset, ensuring marketing is never a silo, but a driver of broader organizational goals. By integrating deeply with Finance, Product, RevOps, CS, and Sales, I build the cross-functional trust required to align GTM motions with P&L objectives. My leadership is built on a commitment to making marketing an accountable, transparent partner in the company's overall success.
I am also focused on operationalizing AI—not just as a tool, but as a way to eliminate repetitive work. This allows my teams to reclaim their time for the high-level thinking, creativity, and strategy that actually moves the needle
