Building an ABM Revenue Engine
(Enterprise SaaS · Sales & RevOps)

Mandate

Build an ABM system that Sales actively trusts and uses to close revenue.

Ownership

Partnered with CRO, Sales, and RevOps to design and execute a unified enterprise growth system aligned to pipeline and revenue conversion.

Execution

Defined ICP using intent + behavioural signals, built account prioritization model, and aligned Marketing and Sales around a shared revenue motion.
